Machen Sie aus Ihrem Vorhaben einen festen Termin und nutzen Sie dabei die Macht der Gewohnheit. Sind Sie an etwas gewöhnt, brauchen Sie sich nicht ständig neu zu überlegen, ob Sie es nun tun sollen oder nicht. Sie tun es einfach. Diese Selbstverständlichkeit spart viel Energie. Eine Gewohnheit bilden Sie besonders wirksam, wenn Sie Ihr Vorhaben möglichst immer zur gleichen Zeit und am gleichen Ort ausüben, also in einem regelmäßigen Rhythmus. Zum Beispiel jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück im Wohnzimmer zehn Minuten Yoga. Wenn Sie das oft genug betreiben, verlangt die morgendliche Situation regelrecht danach, dass Sie jetzt Ihre Übungen machen. Auf diese Weise nutzen Sie die Power, die von den Situationen selbst ausgehen.
